I had to opportunity to join a Food scene tour in Haifa , one of the biggest cities in Israel. The tour took place in Wadi Nisnas , an Arab neighborhood , led by Rani Amir , an actor , dressed like a chef .
We had several stops during the tour , in each we tasted the local food and heard great stories. Mama Pita – amazing Pita bread covered with several type of cheese. Several fabulous Shawarma and falafel places. Mustapha coffee was one of the best I ever tasted , made fresh daily. Spices and pastry shops a must stop , words can’t describe…
